Two recent batches of internal documents revealed the inner workings of two big companies and raised interesting issues about bias, censorship, and our relationship to the truth. The first is the so-called Twitter Files, internal documents released by Elon Musk and interpreted by a few journalists selected by him. The second is a batch of filings by Dominion Voting Systems in its multi-billion-dollar defamation suit against Fox News that uncovers private internal messages by Fox hosts that sharply contradict what they were saying on-air.
These are big and revealing stories, so let me take them in turn.
