All Over But the Shouting
It's all over but the shouting, and judging from his reaction at the end of the third debate, Trump knows it.
I'll give some advice later about how to vote in a year when our votes probably won't make much difference. Except that they will make a difference lower down: Hillary Clinton is now focusing her effort on getting Democrats elected to Congress, while Barack Obama is focusing on reversing the gains Republicans have made in the statehouses during his presidency. If they are even partially successful, this will be a historic political disaster. At this point, all we can do is to mitigate it.
It's time to start looking beyond the election, to start diagnosing how we got here and how we dig our way out....
